Didn’t catch the ladies name but very friendly !!!! My niece and dgt say” we highly recommend Pizza Hut the waitress was very nice and always checking if we needed something “ nice and the best customer service!!!!!!!!!
Was waiting there for almost 10 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged at all. I had to get up and get my own menu
made an order through app and it's been over an hour when it's usually around 30 minutes. it's been more than 5 times that I call the store and noone picks up when I get directed to someone representing pizza hut they tell me they'll forward me to a manager n I'm still left on the phone ringing for more than 5 min. worst experience ever now I have to call someone to take me to complain in person since your management doesn't know how to pick up a phone
