I haven't had Fazoli's since I lived in VA almost 10 years ago!The food was so good. You have to remember it IS fast food. I thought everything had good flavor. The Ultimate Sampler had HUGE portions! Wasn't expecting that at all but we were excited to try a few different things. The pizza was probably my favorite!I'd love to give a 5 star rating but the cleanliness was poor. Upon walking it, it didn't smell very pleasant. And the restroom was absolutely disgusting. I stop here everytime I come thru town because my town hasn't had one in years, And I love the food. The workers are all young and changing so they are always "training" and don't know what they are suppose to do, the food flavor isn't consistent, one time the Breadsticks were burnt, the next they weren't cooked all the way and still gooey on the inside, The next were just right... the place is usually fairly empty customer wise and kept pretty clean.

The last time I tried this location, they had closed the drive thru & indoor area to fulfill a catering order. This time, I walked in around 7:20pm, and placed my order quickly. I asked for some bread sticks and was given about 7-8. WOW! They were delicious as always. 11-12 minutes later, my baked spaghetti came.
