Food is good. It is a little warm if you sit with the grills in front of you. The waiters need to work on being more friendly and work on not slamming food down in front of you. It comes off as rude.
Disability friendly, recently visited with a legitimate service animal and they were very sweet and accommodating. 100% recommend.

Kobe is always great! The AYCE is such a good deal compared to New Braunfels and Live Oak.

We have been here 11 times now and every time is a hit. Chef Jimmy is the man! We have had him since the kids were young and he is the absolute best. We will be there until he's not! We love him like family! Food amazing, service on point and the prices are the most reasonable for a hibachi in the area. Go check em out...And ask for Jimmy!

We had an excellent experience at Kobe, and a big part of that was our server, Sarah Lopez. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of our needs.
When our teppanyaki grill took longer than expected to heat up, Sarah proactively offered complimentary appetizers, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Later, when we were told that the birthday dessert was unavailable, she immediately offered us our choice of any dessert on the menu instead, making sure our celebration still felt special.
Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and Sarah truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience.

I wanted to leave a review for the wonderful service we received tonight! We got here around 7 on a Tuesday for hibachi, not expecting it to be busy, but it was SO busy and we ended up waiting about an hour to be seated. Even with the wait, the experience was completely worth it.
Ms. Cherry made sure we were taken care of the entire time and constantly checked on us while we waited for our hibachi chef. Once we were seated, our hibachi chef Jimmy was wonderful! He mentioned he stays in San Antonio and still gave us such amazing energy and service late into the night. He truly made the experience memorable.
Last but not least, our server Angelina was amazing as well. She was so kind and attentive to us, even though it was getting late. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the hospitality from everyone tonight!

Honestly shouldn’t have gave this place our money. We walked in at 8:50 and were told it was going to be a 15 minute wait they asked for our phone number and said they’d text us when our table was ready. about 40 minutes later we walk in to get a update and there are multiple tables open for seating and we never got a text. Me and my boyfriend got seated at a table which then took another 15 minutes just to even see our waitress. We ordered a bunch of items all at once so we would have time to eat since the service was already slow and it was about 9:50 at this point. We got our food and everything was okay but then it took another 30 minutes to get a refill or even our sheet of paper back to order more. Me and my boyfriend both work a lot so this was our first day in months where we could go splurge and have a date together and it was throughly disappointing to say the least. Our server was very nice but I will say the hostess was rude and again had no intention of texting us to let us know our table was ready. Me and my boyfriend will not be back here and throughly suggest that anyone who is trying to splurge please save your money and go somewhere else. If it wasn’t for the fact that we really wanted a date night to ourselves we would’ve never stayed. The food isn’t all that great and on top of the horrible service it’s better to just stay home.

The food is good but the condition of the restaurant is horrible. Toilets don’t work, seats are ripped up, very dirty. Can’t believe the health department hasn’t shut it down.
Beware if you go in with a group of six or more, you are going to be auto gratuity and they don’t tell you when you’re paying your ticket so if you tip on top of that, you’ll be paying 50% gratuity like we did. Our server did a really good job but to pay 50% gratuity is a little much
Also online the endless sushi says it’s $14.99 and it’s not it’s $15.99

This last weekend had a spectacular experience at Kobe’s. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and patience. We were looking to have the family sit down for the first time Hibachi style dinner and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Angelina the hostess was wonderful. She went out of her way and in about 10 minutes got us seated with another group and made sure we were happy with our experience. The show and dinner by our chef Bau was out of this world. Everything was prepared to perfection, the light show was great, and the entertainment was funny. During the entertainment Justin came around to all of us making sure everything we need was taken care of. Kobe’s really knows what it means to take care of the customer. This is definitely a place we will be coming back to again and again.

I've come here a few times for their unlimited sushi. It's usually great but today I got sushi (TNT and mexican), miso soup, gyoza, and snow crab salad. One or more of those things made me sick ☹
