So, my most recent visit I asked for the #4 which is chicken pieces, dark meat, with red beans and rice, frozen strawberry lemonade, and an extra side of mashed potatoes and gravy. I pay, wait a bit, come home, and find out that I was given 4 tenders, a side of fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a frozen strawberry lemonade. I suppose I can see how you got that wrong, and I'm glad I got half my order correct, but I'm no longer going through the drive through until you guys...read full review

I am genuinely shocked this popeyes has stayed open. Every single time I have been over the course of a year, the service has been abysmal and the food cold. The food being cold doesn't make much sense to me, as I typically have to wait around 10 minutes for my mobile orders that I place before I leave my house. A wait should mean my food is fresh right?
