Today me and my husband went for lunch thru the drive thru she made us pull around and wait which is fine until it takes at least 13 minutes to get half our food and then not even an im sorry for the wait there was only 2 lady’s inside eating and no one I drive thru. So what’s taking so long to not even get our full order? And then I go back up there and the manager acts like she had no idea that half my order was missing. It’s 50 degrees outside today, December 17th, but colder inside. I go get a coat from my car. So does another person who is disabled. When the food comes I ask if the AC is on. With a straight face the girl says “Yes” then turns and walks away.
