During our recent event on 2/25, Dustin, our head server was outstanding and went over and beyond to assure my guests were covered and that all aspects of our event were top notch. Blake is a constant strong leader and his example in superior customer service is evident in the training of the all the staff members we have met. “I celebrated my birthday with a family member for the first time at Red River Cantina. The food was outstanding! The service was right on. The ambiance was TexMex classic. The ladies bathroom was impeccably clean and well stocked. Our server surprised me with a beautifully and delicious complimentary Sopapillas with cream and a lit birthday candle. Red River Cantina has nothing to envy their competitors. We all know who they are. Red River is our new restaurant for delicious and reasonably priced TexMex dining! Next on our list is their BBQ restaurant! Can't wait!“

“We stumbled across this resaurant and have been back several times. Sandra and Edgar have been our servers and they are very helpful and enjoyable. The food was wonderful and consistent on every visit. My husband has celiac disease and must be gluten free. He can have many options here that we don't get other places. We will keep going back!“

“This is absolutely ridiculous. I specifically asked the waiter what was on happy hour.....he said the drink I wanted was $11.....when the check came is was $22 a piece......$22 a piece??? I would never had paid that....never! Everyone at the table heard him say $11 for happy hour....never again....never! The server was Diego.“

“The atmosphere was the best part. Colorful painting on walls, tables, and even some chairs. Slow during our lunch. The chips always came out warm and fresh. Food was good and spent <$10/person for lunch. Really wanted the fajitas but they were $18+ a person during lunch too. Some items said “beef” and others “ground beef” and came out the same. Other than that, was a wonderful experience.“

“Waiting for my truck to be serviced so I needed somewhere to hang out and eat for a bit. Only three options: gas station food truck, Jack in the Box and here. There weren’t pics of inside so I wasn’t sure what I was getting into… and obviously was not pleasantly surprised. But what do you expect for a restaurant inside a gas station?

Still… despite the dine in experience not being wonderful, the food absolutely was… and for a good price. I got 3 tacos - chorizo, machacado & barbacoa - all with egg, cheese and bean. Was all exceptional and each was only $3.

“This restaurant is in an older building. We sat down at any table and waited for a good 10 minutes before we ere even noticed. A waiter finally came over and got our drink order. We got our drink and had to wait a few more minutes before a waitress came. She apologized and took our order. We ordered the trio meat fajita meal for two. It was a huge plate. It came with guacamole, rice, salad and beans which was like a soup, but it was very good. The meats were hot, well spiced and good. The waitress came over a few times to check on us. The portion size was so big, we asked for a to go box. The prices were average for similar kind of meal but we had a lot of meat. Even though they really need to redo the building, the food was good. We will go back and try it again.“
