“For our Anniversary in 2022, my wife and I decided we wanted to get a cake to celebrate. We both like old-fashioned butter-creme icing, and not that new light, marshmallow-ish stuff that bakeries put on cakes today. We wanted a layer-cake with thick butter-creme filling, as well as icing on the outside. Emily's Cakes came through for us. The cake we got was more than expected and was absolutely delicious! We're planning to order another one this year, if we haven't waited too late. We need it by Sunday of next week 7/14/24. Is that even possible?“

“I hired Guilt Free bakery for my dad’s 77th birthday this past weekend 9/20. I was relentlessly looking for a “diabetic friendly” sugar free cake for my dad since he’s a diabetic. I was SHOCKED at how so many bakery’s in San Antonio did not offer this! Finally I came across Guilt Free Bakery and Melissa assured me that she could meet my request with no problem and that it was actually her specialty! She told me she could make basicly any cake I wanted. I went on her IG and saw a cake. She made us a 2 tier cake, chocolate velvet on top and vanilla on bottom. She decorated it with sugar free cookies. This cake was for 30 people and it was way more than enough… we even had lots left over that we were trying to give away to guests because it was so much. Everyone was saying how delicious the cake was and people could not believe that it was sugar free! I definitely recommend Melissa as she is very talented and knows what she is doing. I believe she needs two weeks in advance and she charged us $175 for the cake. I pared her by Apple Pay. No issues picking it up as she was on time as promised. You will not be dissapointed and I will be contacting her again very soon!!!!!“
