If you want to wait in lane 2 for 30 minutes for cold food thats burnt in old oil this is the place. Not even busy to excuse the worst Dairy Queen in south texas. Had to go in where there were only three tables occupied to get my order.
No food 30 minutes after paying for order - had to flag down one of the restaurant employees to even get some attention and she goes to get the manager. Manager refuses to take accountability for waiting 30 minutes for a blizzard, sundae and kids steak fingers - "someone must have taken them because we're really busy." Only offer the made to make things right was to offer a refund...and insists I have to provide the original credit card "due to store policy." So my choices are...read full review
