Poor service
It was rush-hour and everyone was super busy. Sidney always had a smile on her face and was so professional and polite. Mark, the assistant General Manager was apologetic for any wait that customers had. Overall, even though the wait was a wee bit long because of the Tuesday specials. Everyone working, made it a pleasant experience
Food was what you expect at KFC. I love the original recipe chicken so no problems with it. There didn't seem to be enough staff on shift so service was a bit slow.
