I’m not sure why they think it’s a good idea to close the inside and just use drive-through. But I don’t order ahead just to wait in a long line. And I don’t find it fair that I have to. I order ahead so that I can go in grab and go.
Very slow service, especially the morning crew. it use to be amazing when Tracy was therw in the morning.
Multiple days there was NO ONE even there in the morning. by 5:15. the drive thru cars were not very happy. I have started using the Dtarbucks off Lemmon Ave and I am from the area of Seagoville. it is a busy store but the service has definitely declined.
