2nd visit to El Manantial just to see if the Carne Asada was as good as last time. Authentic style. MY NEW FAVORITE MEXICAN FOOD LAKE AREA. JUST GOOD AUTHENTIC RECIPE AND GREAT GRILL COOK. ? This is the best Mexican restaurant around here. They serve authentic Mexican food. The #1 fajitas is to die for - large poblano pepper stuffed with chorizo and cheese, grilled chicken, grilled beef, grilled shrimp, grilled sausage.
This is easily my favorite Mexican food restaurant on Cedar Creek Lake. The food is delicious. Service is friendly, and portions are large. There are several vegetarian options. It is clearly a family run, welcoming business. I'm told by a friend that it is authentic Mexican. I personally wouldn't know; I just know it's really good!We'll be back!
