I’ve been in here twice, and have loved what I took away from there, each time. The little woman is quick to get things up and going. Very accommodating and conversational. So glad Seymour had a sandwich place again!

Saljo's Subs is a great little sandwich shop. The food is excellent, fresh, and made to order. The homemade dressing is a highlight, bringing out the flavor of the sandwiches. The shop has a warm and friendly atmosphere with responsive service. Saljo's Subs offers a variety of options, including the panini chicken salad sandwich, chicken pesto, and tomato mozzarella caprese. They also have Boulder Chips and Spicy Dill Chips from Miss Vickie's, as well as bottled drinks and fresh brewed coffee. The shop is extremely clean and a great stop for tourists and groups, making it a hidden gem in Seymour.
