“I recently had lunch at this place a few weekends ago and I must say, the outdoor seating is fantastic, especially when the weather is nice. Our server, Rico, was absolutely amazing. He was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly. The food was simply outstanding, and everything he recommended was absolutely delicious. This is the place you take out of town guests, when you want to feel proud that you're a Texan. Represents Tex Mex food at its best. Honesty, I didn't know Tex Mex could be this good. “Our first visit was a culinary treat! The menu has several standard items but there were also special dishes to choose from. Everything was cooked after ordering yet wait time was reasonable. We sampled 5 items and everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, intensely flavorful and at the right temperature (gumbo, curry, crab encrusted salmon, avocado toast, crème brûlée). Loved being able to peek in at the commercial kitchen and the dining room was small and inviting. Service was attentive and charming. We will definitely be back to try other items! If you’re a foodie, don’t miss this place.“

“Had lunch here for the first time today with my 16 year old daughter and 6 year old son. The 2 gentlemen at the counter were super friendly. I got the Tuna Poke Bowl with spicy tuna. And it was delicious. My daughter got the Seafood Poke bowl and she enjoyed it as well.“
“Just finished a meal and could not wait to leave a review. The jerk chicken is absolutely amazing, sooo tender, moist, fall off the bone… and the flavor is just out of this world. The chef was friendly and the portions are huge. The rice is great, plantains are perfectly cooked and I actually loved the cabbage (not usually my thing but this was great) the coco bread is just right… but that chicken… omg. I will 100% be going here again and again. That chicken…. That chicken.. wow.“
“I like the lasagna had it several times..it's gluten free. The only problem is the serving seems to have gotten smaller..no longer feels like a meal..besides that everything else is fine. Been eating here for 7 years and I've been to 3 different locations“
“I have nothing but, high marks for Red Brick Tavern except for a small issue at the very end of the night in the service. First off our server was friendly, helpful and very courteous. We ordered two pizzas a pepperoni pizza n the Hawaiian pizza which are prepared in a brick flamed oven which makes them extra special. Both were flavorful with a soft crust which I believe you could eat alone with butter added. We also ordered some chicken wings that didn't need any ranch cause they were delicious on their own. The restaurant has Great decor, it has a huge bar and a stage with live music while you dine. Believe me I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Conroe Texas vicinity. But, once we got our receipt back from our waitress she had mistakenly charged a different tables amount due to our credit card even though ours was completely less & we gave part cash which wasn't even shown on the receipt. Now, we have to wait till hopefully Monday for nearly $90 to be put back into the bank account. I know mistakes happen but, this mixup shouldn't happen in a restaurant!“
“Clean and spacious. Food is great. Pay upfront, to include tip. But... there is no service. Want a refill of your drink? Get it yourself. Have an issue with your order? Too bad. Your meal is served and no one waits a few seconds to make sure its right. If there's a problem... they already have your money, including the tip. Want a take-home box for your $35 meal? Boxes and bags are in the corner... find them and do it yourself. What's the tip for?Maybe it was just my experience and not the norm but there was very much a "we have your money so screw you" approach to service.I didn't finish my meal here. Just self-packed it and left. Even though the food was good, i have no desire to return.“
