“First time visiting Gloria’s to see what all the buzz is about, and I have to say, it lives up to the hype. The place is stunning and always bustling, so be prepared to wait a bit for parking. Upon checking in, the hostesses were welcoming and gave us an estimated wait time for our table. They initially said 35-40 minutes, but it ended up being more like 10-15 minutes—pleasantly surprising! Our servers were incredibly attentive and kind, making the entire experience feel seamless. The service was well-organized, from the prompt delivery of chips and salsa to the drinks, and the food was even brought out by chefs in white coats, adding a special touch. Everything flowed perfectly, and the food was a solid 12/10—absolutely delicious! Loved the vibe and atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back and try something new next time!“

Our waiter seemed to forget about us for an extended period of time, which is odd because we went on a Tuesday between 4:45pm & 5:30pm. Just a handful of customers there.
Food was super hot ..as well as the plates.
Food was good except for this green like sauce on the enchiladas. I ordered the Fried chicken enchiladas.
We had our taste buds ready for fried ice cream only to be disappointed. It ..well to us it was like cookies & cream ice cream in a waffle bowl. That's not what we were expecting.“

I normally don't write reviews unless something that resonates with me happens and something did. Lots of people have their power out and the workers here offered customers bags of ice to aid the community. A small gesture like that means a lot to me and people during these hard times. “Went to El Palenque after a lapse in time of visiting. Found they were under new management. Orders Pollo Con Crema, Pablano, order of tortillas and one Margarita to go. Pollo Con Crema was very salty, the Stuffed Pablano was only 1, and never received the tortilla's after being asked if it was flour our corn, a few times. Got home with my bag, no tortillas. Order was just under $40.00. Very disappointed. Until they 'regulate' their menu, prices and service, I won't be going back for some time. One Pablano 'dinner' was $18.00. Come on now. Pollo Con Crema used to be my go to but not now. The chicken was good but all served on top of the refried beans. Was a soupy mess.“

“This is the best mexican food I've ever had! According to our waiter, everything is homemade and does taste like it. I had the chicken mole, and I know from experience that mole takes hours to make. Best I've ever had! The salsa was also so so good! You could tell that the peppers and tomatoes were roasted to bring out their flavor. Sooo good! I couldn't get enough of it! “This is a Veteran owned food truck with amazing Mexican cuisine. It's as good as it gets when it comes to Mexican food but it also sits at an outdoor covered taproom with a large selection of beer. It doesn't get much better that this.“

“This is a great place to get good food quickly, especially if you're looking for fast options that don't include ultra processed junk food. I get a veggie freebird when I go which is delicious and can be made a number of ways. The portion size is more than generous and you can order even bigger burritos/bowls. The creamy jalapeno sauce is fantastic and a little spicy so I'd recommend that. So the food is great, the people are great and it's an excellent value. Try it out.

Vegetarian options: A veggie burrito comes with guacamole included. Adding the fried potatoes is an upcharge unless you leave off the guac. A burrito can be made vegan.
