Horrible service!! Takes no less than 15-20 minutes in the drive thru. When they finally get your order and money, you have to pull up and wait another 10-15 minutes to get the food. Boy at drive thru wouldn't speak up at all. all employees were speaking Spanish and not English.
What a customer service nightmare. Just plain awful. Had to go over the order 3 times, no joke, and they still got it wrong. I love their chicken but is it worth this customer service? You decide, I’m on the fence
