After bad experiences at the Sherman location, I did try again. I set up an online reservation since we had a party of 10 for an occasion. Upon arrival, the host acted like there was no reservation and there was no table ready for us. As I looked around, there were empty tables, I asked if the serving staff was low. she replied the kitchen was very slow. Then, she walked away as many other guests walked in and just stood there. I will not go to this restaurant again. The quality of the food IMO has gone to pot. I go for the fried shrimp, which is no longer the same, taste like frozen grocery store shrimp, and I have always loved the tartar sauce, but of course they have changed it for a cheaper alternative. It may be petty, but that's why I go.
We went tonight had a $170 ticket, I ordered steak it came out Raw sent it back it came back burnt I ordered it medium well, family ordered the endless shrimp we ordered a extra order waited 28min still no shrimp I spoke to manager he was rude and cared less just said sorry we’re busy, waiter told us we shouldn’t order the endless shrimp on holidays if they can’t keep they should take it off the menu will not go back again this restaurant is going down hill fast
