I will not go to this restaurant again. The quality of the food IMO has gone to pot. I go for the fried shrimp, which is no longer the same, taste like frozen grocery store shrimp, and I have always loved the tartar sauce, but of course they have changed it for a cheaper alternative. It may be petty, but that's why I go.
I placed my order at 7:40 and was told it would be ready at 8:00 when we arrived at the restaurant at 8:00 and proceeded to try to pick up the order my husband was told they could not find it so at 8:11 they began remaking my meal. This happened last weekend as well we placed the order went to pick it up gave them 5 or 10 minutes leeway and the order still wasn't ready. We got the order 30 minutes later than what we were quoted. And it was also missing the butter bay biscuits so my husband had to go in and get those as well. I've come to the conclusion that obviously the Red Lobster in Sherman Texas is very unorganized as well as has very poor service. Again it is 8:26 and we are still waiting for our order to be fulfilled this is getting very old.
