They were understaffed and overstressed but they still kept their cool even with dealing with unwanted characters that were outside, computers that were crashing, and a neverending string of customers. I only wish I could have got their names, but I didnt want to slow down anything. Im sure they dont hear it enough, but they are appreciated!“
