I love taco cabana but this one can never get it right! I’m actually sitting here in the drive through and I’ve been here for over 30 minutes! There are cars piled up behind me and I have yet to receive food. 10/10 do not recommend!! My order is never right and it’s a real disappointment to spend so much money for nothing.
I sat inside waiting for 15 minutes with nobody even coming to the register. They set my single quesadilla on the counter next to the grill and disappeared. It sat there nearly 10 minutes before I even saw another person. It is no surprise that I was the only customer there. You could hear loud rap music in the back, in addition to the music they play in the dining area. That likely explains why they were not aware of a customer in there waiting so long. The food was cold, the chips were stale, and then I found a long black hair in my food. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

It is far superior to other fast food places, offering a good-sized combo that comes with items like chicken fajita street tacos, beans, rice, a drink, and two super soft tortillas. They have a decent little salsa bar. The food is pretty good, especially with a little fresh lime over the top, and provides plenty for the money. While the chocolate chimichangas may not impress everyone, the overall experience is really decent. The restaurant is also praised for its friendly and accommodating staff.
