Taco Restaurants near Shiner

“We were visiting the Shiner area and decided to check out the locally owned establishments and where the locals eat.Luckily, it was a late lunch. So, there were some open parking spots in the parking lot. We had our choice of tables to sit at and were promptly greeted for our drink order and provided menus, utensils and chips, and salsa.Tip: If you like spicier salsa, ask for it as they have two other kinds.The four (4) of us decided to split our plates, so we ordered 2 plates of Mary's Plate - which is a Tosada, crispy taco, enchilada, rice, and beans.We did order some tortillas (they are homemade and fresh - yum), and one in our party ordered a Carne Guisada taco - they remarked it was very good and meat was lean.All of the food was good, the service was fantastic and the staff was very attentive.I hope, if you stop by, your experience is as good as ours“

“We were passing through town. Found Emiliano's, we were seated right away. Chips and salsa were brought right after. We placed our order and it came out looking and smelling fantastic. The food was hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back.“
