Miguel is awesome. He runs the place very well. He sees to it that the food is fresh, hot and correct every time be careful of the hot sauce. Sometimes the cook is bad and it gets hot… But that’s how I like it so that’s why I keep going… there are a few other options in our city, and I have tried them all when I want, no one demand good service good food at a good price casa de Miguel is the only option for me
Our first time visiting Slaton, we stopped here for dinner back in 2010. Right after dinner, we got engaged. We were so thrilled to revisit that spot this year. So glad to see this restaurant is still thriving. The perfect little place to fill your belly. Service was top notch, and we can't wait for our next West Texas adventure back to this cozy little establishment.

We love eating here. Delicious food with comparable prices, and great service. Love their picadillo. Servers are friendly, polite and keep drinks refilled.We have no mexican restaurants in our town, so for us, it is worth the drive to eat here.Vegetarian options: Spinach enchiladasMac and Cheesebean and cheese nachos
