The Combine - Commons on the Square

This place is such a GEM! We love our visits to The Combine! If you are from Lubbock or just visiting the area... you HAVE to experience this little piece of hallmark! Delicious and great customer service. Proud of the owners, and the staff!

The quaint little place is wonderful. The food was fabulous and the atmosphere even better. Everyone working seemed to be so happy to be there and happy we were there, too. We will be back any time we are in town!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary tonight with a delicious dinner and let’s just say we didn’t hold back on the menu 😅 The House Wedge Salad was absolutely incredible. The small charcuterie board was just the right size for the two of us, and every bite was spot-on. My husband couldn’t get enough of the Wicked Heat Flatbread. We sampled four out of five tapas and… wow. Just wow. The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere made it feel truly special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

From Lubbock and drove out to Slaton for a date night, such a beautiful place, relaxing environment, delicious food, great atmosphere. Absolutely nailed the vibes and kept me and my date comfortable and taken care of. Would definitely come back

Literally everything here is top notch. This place would do well in high end Dallas areas. The atmosphere and vibe are wonderful. This family owned business is raising their kids up right - they help with table service and are phenomenal! Even with the kids, still an amazing date night.
