“So, I saw this place on IG and saved the location so I could go. Fast forward, my wife just got home from deployment, so I figured we would try out someone new. When we walked in, the owner greeted us and was very welcoming for the start. We ordered the oyster shots, which, hands down, was soooooooo good! Love it! ❤️ Their fish ceviche was FIRE ?! ?We both order the whole fish.. I ordered the Diabla Fish, which was cooked to perfection, and my wife ordered the garlic fish! We love the salsa bar because of the endless options and the tortilla chips are very good. Pineapple Pico is one of the best options at the salsa bar. Tried the tres leches cake which was ok.“

“This is place is a hidden gem, for real! The many times we would pass it and not even thought of trying them out. But I am happy to say, we tried something new and we loved it. From our seafood boil, to clam chowder, to the gumbo and our kid’s chicken and shrimp baskets. “I cannot express how impressed I am with Trap N Crab in El Paso. This was my first time trying their boil and it was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the shrimp and crab legs to go, and let me tell you, the serving size was more than sufficient for one person. I even have leftovers, but I have a feeling I will finish it all very soon simply because it is that delicious. The flavors are bold, the seafood is fresh, and the overall experience was top-notch. “Honestly one of my favorite seafood places, im a bit biased cause i live in the area and have ate here for years, i can tell you though with full confidence that i do recommend their lunch special. The filete fish has a great breading that I've never seen recreated out of town, or any where else for that matter, and its one of the restaurants i have never gotten sick from, except for finding a couple bones, but rule of thumb always be cautious with fish. Good joint, underrated as far as seafood goes, come give it a try, though i give it a 4 star as i mostly eat the lunch specials and shrimp cocktail, without really trying anything else.“

“I’m from out of state and went here on a whim and looking at reviews. It was excellent. I had the crab puff and it’s the best I’ve ever had. The chef’s special roll was good and very filling. Before dinner you get a little soup and spicy cucumber slices. Both were a nice addition. The service was wonderful. Maybe because the tables were half capacity, but Yoseline kept an eye on me and was there as soon as I was ready to progress along the meal. I’m glad I stopped in.“
