“Nachos were cold. Some plates came out and some came 10 minutes later. Appetizers came out after food was served. Had to ask 3 times about where our drink order was. 2nd round of drinks were cancelled after 30 minute wait. Restaurant was at about 40% full. No reason for such poor service.“

“Ruth’s Chris delivers the polished, high‑end experience you expect from a premium steakhouse. I went in fully aware the prices would be high, and the restaurant matched that expectation with strong service, excellent food, and a refined atmosphere.
The service at the door was fantastic—quick, polite, and professional. Even on a Friday night, there was no wait, and I was seated immediately. My server was outstanding: knowledgeable, efficient, and confident. She even shared a brief history of the restaurant, which was a great touch for a first‑time diner. Complimentary bread was a welcome start.
The food was executed with precision. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right, and the lobster tail was tender—not gummy—showing proper technique. My only minor complaint was the plate size; it felt a bit small, making it slightly awkward to cut the steak. A small inconvenience, but worth noting.
The atmosphere was dark, quiet, and refined. Low lighting and subtle background music created the perfect environment for a high‑end dining experience.
Overall, Ruth’s Chris is worth at least one visit. Go in expecting to pay premium prices, because that’s part of the experience. Between the service, the food, and the ambiance, the value is clear.“

“Axel was awesome! We had a big birthday party last night there was 28 of us and he attended all of us very well. He was nice and the service was amazing. We got the ramen spice level 2. If you usually go for a spicy ramen this is it. If you want a more subtle spice a 1 might be for you. The Yuja (honey citron drink) is SO GOOD! Our waitress was the sweetest & recommended it! 5 star spot!“

“Ordered the Caterpillar Roll, the Chicken Teriyaki with rice and salad and the French Kiss Roll with extra eel sauce and wasabi. The food looked and tasted absolutely delicious. The rolls are huge, a bit too big to eat one piece in one bite. I will definitely come back and try more of their food.“

“A real hidden gem. Fantastic restaurant with excellent food, great cocktails, perfect service and top notch atmosphere. We went to the 35 for our 25th anniversary and had a very memorable experience. Food was fantastic. We started things off with a dozen super fresh oysters on the half shell. My wife had the prime rib and I had the fillet (cut with my fork!). We’re from out of town and enjoy hitting the “big city” on occasion to visit a good restaurant - usually a steakhouse. 35 is our best find yet. We’ll be back again and again! Bye bye WT Chophouse! 35 is better!!!“

We ordered 2 bowls of soup we asked if she could do half hot n sour and half egg drop and let me tell you its some of the best soup I've had we also ordered the lemon chicken and sweet n sour chicken both were tangy, the lemon actually tasted like fresh lemon.
