“Nachos were cold. Some plates came out and some came 10 minutes later. Appetizers came out after food was served. Had to ask 3 times about where our drink order was. 2nd round of drinks were cancelled after 30 minute wait. Restaurant was at about 40% full. No reason for such poor service.“

“My boyfriend and I just ate here for the first time and loved it! We both had the gom ramen and a serving of mandu. The food was delicious and freshly made. I loved the flavors of the ramen. The broth was simple, but packed so much flavor and you can tell the food is a labor of love.
Our waitress was helpful and kind. The restaurant is small, but cozy. It felt like we were eating at a friend's or family member's house in a great way.
Both of us were blown away by the food and how reasonably priced everything was. They also have imported desserts and drinks.
We will definitely be back!“

“Ordered the Caterpillar Roll, the Chicken Teriyaki with rice and salad and the French Kiss Roll with extra eel sauce and wasabi. The food looked and tasted absolutely delicious. The rolls are huge, a bit too big to eat one piece in one bite. I will definitely come back and try more of their food.“

“I had heard wonders of Bella Sera so I decided to celebrate my B Day there. I highly recommend this restaurant. Food was delicious penne al salmone is now my new favorite. “We had a group of about 16 adults. We waited about 10 minutes before being seated on a Saturday, late dinner. The place is huge and has lots of availability. The service was helpful, but took a while, which was understandable for a group our size. The chorizo queso was great, and the rest of the food was good. Would definitely recommend for larger group.“

“Our experience was great. We ordered 2 bowls of soup we asked if she could do half hot n sour and half egg drop and let me tell you its some of the best soup I've had we also ordered the lemon chicken and sweet n sour chicken both were tangy, the lemon actually tasted like fresh lemon. “I came here looking for a place to eat after my friend’s flight was delayed for a few hours and this entire staff was so accommodating, the service was excellent, and the cafe was the perfect place to hang while I waited. I enjoyed good food just down the road from the airport and no one hassled me or hovered and they made it known that I could stay until my friend arrived 🥹. Thank you for making this inconvenience much less of a hassle than it had to be and kudos to the manager, Ashely, for training such wonderful staff!“

“Went in as a last minute birthday party for my daughter’s 6th birthday. Spoke to the manager on the phone and was greeted upon arrival which was so helpful! They were booked with parties all day but she directed us to a section for us to use making it stress-free. The location is perfect and it’s always so clean! The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this location for parties or just a night out it was so easy for us and the whole family enjoyed themselves thank you all so much!!!“

“I hosted my son graduation dinner .Mr.Mario Diaz helped me select a menu for my guest and accommodate 20 people.He was very friendly and his staff was excellent. My guest loved the food ..I highly recommend this place for any gathering or just to have a good lunch/dinner. Definitely will be back!!“
