“family friendly environment.. empolyees are the best. best manager ever. great food fast service. Far and few amazing people still exist in this world. But let me tell you. This amazing man did not have to even say happy birthday to my little man. He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers thank yall for having amazing employees.we didnt get his name. But thank you sir for making my kings day a very special one..“

“The food is great, it's a must try. The patties don't seem to be frozen but homemade. The cashier always seems a little rude, but I just smile and dnt allow her to get me down. The prices are decent.

“We went Tuesday night and OMG! It was delish! The environment was great and staff were very friendly. They have outdoor decorations so you can take awesome Christmas pictures! It’s a must. I would have to say that this food truck has been the best I’ve been to. We’ve been to quite a bit and we were completely satisfied with the service! I didn’t take pictures because my phone died but I will take some next time.“

“This is my go to place for flautas. The order of 4 comes with beans and rice, they have an order of 6 but that one is only flautas no beans and rice. I like that they put lettuce, tomato, and queso fresco (I think or cotija) on top. Gotta eat them fresh while they're hot and crunchy. Good price for what you get too.“

“Went thru the drive thru got a kids meal, #9 and a whopper our food was hot . The fry’s were fresh and crispy 🔥. The guy on the drive thru was friendly and kind he even asked if we wanted ketchup before we ask for it. Service was fast and price was reasonable. Thanks BK tonight we definitely had it our way.“

“had a great experience at Whataburger, and I especially want to recognize Miss Cayenne. She truly stood out.
From the moment I walked in, you could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. She treated every customer with respect, patience, and kindness, and made everyone feel welcome. What really impressed me was how helpful she was—she took the time to guide people through the menu and even helped me choose the best option while staying within my budget.
That level of care is rare, and it made a big difference in my visit. The rest of the staff also seemed well-trained and positive, which reflects great leadership and teamwork.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and enjoyable the experience was. Thank you, Miss Cayenne, for your professionalism and hospitality—you’re doing an amazing job.“

“Stopped in to get a late lunch early dinner and Tabitha (Tabi) was SO friendly and attentive. She was thorough with my order and made sure I didn't forget anything. My order was made fresh and it didn't take long either. The onion rings taste really good and everything was very tasty. Tabi is such an AWESOME worker, she's managing orders at the register, shadowing and training another person and tending to customers dining in. She's doing the job of 4 people and she's STILL has a smile on her face and isn't missing a beat. Any company manager, supervisor or owner should be grateful they have such a Great Worker! Workers like Tabi are hard to come by, and she didn't rush me while I was ordering my food. There's some cashier's that are rude with an attitude that come off as if they can't and don't want to be bothered. And for someone like me, who matches Energy, unintentionally, that can lead to a whole situation going left, and no one has time for bs.
So having Tabi being friendly, respectful, communicative, welcoming, on top of everything she's multitasking with, is so refreshing. I will DEFINITELY be back, as long as Tabi and staff are welcoming and friendly. In a world where there is so much chaos and strife, I would rather be serviced by someone with morals and integrity opposed to arrogance and rudeness. Keep up the Great work Tabi YOU ARE A RARE ONE!!!“

“As someone who retired from service industry mgmt and is generally resigned to the new normal in customer service being WAY below my standards, I gotta say the people that served my breakfast were awesome. If I was still in the business I’d be trying to steal them from you. Very impressive, guys. You’re the best staff I’ve seen in a long time.“

“The food is great. They have a big variety to choose from. The full bar is a plus. Karaoke night is always fun. You can call ahead, dine-in or drive thru. This place is a staple in my life and I wouldn't have it any other way. The Somerset (and SW Military) location is nice too.“

“This girl is a great server, fast and efficient, polite and friendly. I was looking throughout the restaurant, and became aware of the speed she dealt with her tables... other tables were waiting for their servers. The first night of the NBA Finals is a busy night on SW MILITARY DR; This place is packed. Angelica is a cutie, and a great member of the staff!!“

“Came in with my construction crew and wasn't going to eat, the manager brought me som free tacos because he saw me not eating, one of the nicest gestures I've ever experienced. They also had a wheel to spin if you donate 2$ to a childrens charity. Definitely one of the most wholesome places I've ever eaten, thankyou to everyone working here.
