Visited the store today,The seating was very clean and tidy and the ladies in the front were very kind and polite.Had Chocolate Devotion the best ice cream i had in few years!!
Not sure why this place has gotten poor reviews recently - seemed perfectly normal to me. Staff was friendly and quick. Just as good or better than any Cold Stone location I’ve ever been to in the US.

But the young man at the counter made it right. He personally wrote my Happy Birthday message on the cake himself with no prior experience, so I wanted to give him a shout out.
