They removed A LOT of items from the menu. So many favorites gone! I attached a updated menu. I wish I would of known this before bringing 9 other people with me to dine for dinner. Really feels like they took away what stood them apart from other restaurants away. Nothing special about our dinner experience. We won't be back. The wow factor is gone and it makes me sad. Service could of definitely been better but I could tell they were understaffed. Floors were sticky as well. Anndddd the Cheesecakes are smaller and no longer offer toppings. Just a shame.
If you are use to Copeland's in LA,MS or elsewhere this is a CINO (Copeland's in name only). This a franchise not a company owned restaurant. The menu is totaly diferent and hardly Cajun. No blackened chicken, red beans and rice or any of the sausages that make New Orleans food great. The device was ok not great, the good be under staffed like many restaurants are in todays world. Needles to say, I won't be going back. Unless, Copeland's take over the sad excuse for a restaurant which bears such a great name.
This location changed their menu two weeks prior to our reservation and hadn't updated their website yet. Finding this out day of was rather disappointing as we all had something in mind based on the PDF menu available on their website. This no longer feels like the New Orlean's Copeland's my family has come to know and love. But rather just another seafood restaurant with the lack of variety in Cajun offerings on their menu that weren't seafood. Please bring back the Blackened Chicken and Red Beans and Rice. These are quintessential Cajun food items. Very disappointed to have brought my Father to one of his favorite restaurants on Father's Day and the menu to be extremely limited and his favorite items removed.
It's not the same food. They've revamped the whole menu and nothing is the same. The prices are higher. And from what I was told is that the customers aren't happy about it including me?
Really nice breakfast. Freshly cooked omelettes made to order. Fresh juice selection. Freshly cooked eggs and meats. Excellent oatmeal with a selection of nuts and fruits too. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The place is clean and open from 0630 for breakfast. I would recommend this place. A great place to start the day. The music was very nice too.
Seated promptly; great service by Sam; she was attentive but not intrusive. Shrimp garlic butter appetizer was so yummy with thin sliced garlic toast; my friend had it as an appetizer and I had it as my entree. Oysters on the half shell were fresh and delicious; red beans and rice as second entree was delicious .
The food was delicious but when making the reservation, I wasn't told that there was a Mother's Day special. The hotel set up tables in a conference room, a buffet in the walk way, and a $70 charge per person.
The service was good but the food was bland. For this restaurant to be New Orleans style based it was average at best. More flavor and seasoning need to be added. The food was ok but nothing to write home to Mom about.
This was our 1st visit and we will return. The entire service team was outstanding. The food was good. The cornbread dressing could have been cooked a little longer along with the bread pudding. Nice ambiance. Recommended for something different and nice with pleasant service.
Food was good but service was subpar. Our waitress was fine but food took entirely too long. Multiple tables that came after us got their entrees before us. They even finished dinner before we got our food. We didn't order anything complex either. 2 pastas and 2 kids' meals. Mistakes happen but nothing was done to remedy the situation.

Very unsatisfied with my experience. The food and service was bland and I don’t think it is worth the price.Had high hopes because I really enjoy the one in Jacksonville but something is definitely missing here!
Been here multiple times and haven’t had a bad meal. Generous serving full of flavor and spice! Ordered the crawfish etoufee and it was delicious. Usually sit at the bar, but since it is in the Hilton Hotel, when it gets busy the staff is a little slow. However, we enjoy the atmosphere, our time, and is worth the wait.
Great service, great food and noise level, for most of our meal, was low enough that we could hold a conversation without raising our voices. We had not been here for a few years, but will definitely be back soon!
The service was lovely. We were looking for some good Cajun food and came across the reviews for this restaurant. We didn't realize at the time that it is inside of the Hilton hotel. The bar was great but unfortunately the food fell short. Jambalaya made with pasta? I guess there is a first time for everything.
While the food was great, our overall experience was not. We have been wanting to try Copeland's for awhile, so we made a reservation for a nice date night. There was only one other couple there the same time as us, who received a booth, while we were seated at a table in part sun. 30 minutes into our date, a party of 20 or more came in and they sat them directly behind us at split tables. Didn't appear that they had a reservation. They kept rearranging seats and walking around or standing around the table to talk which crowded things. All they did was complain the entire time that their tables should be scooted together because they all wanted to sit together. It was a fire hazard because of the door, but they didn't care. Management told them that there was nothing they could do until WE finished and left. Which made us feel like we had to rush through our meal to accommodate their wishes. They were incredibly loud and we couldn't even enjoy ourselves. Management could have moved us to a booth instead, we would have happily, or they could have told the party that they'd need to wait until all of the tables were available to seat them all together. Unfortunately, it was a miss for us and we probably won't return.
