“Great place for a date. This is elevated home cooking.
That may even come across as a slight and it's not intended to.
Being in a quaint house, the seating and atmosphere is very much like you're over for a nice dinner at a friend's.
Not that this is a casual type environment, but you just feel comfortable and at home.
Our server was great. Not pushy. He was attentive without being interuptive. He knew what he was doing. He saw the table next to us get their food before us, and they ordered a few minutes after we did, so he immediately swung by and acknowledged that fact then said he'd run to the kitchen to find out what the hold up was. Within 3 minutes our food was out.
All prepared as ordered and we both thought the quality and flavor was worth it.
We both also enjoyed the wine list. Not the normal labels you find at a lot of restaurants.
I'm sad we waited this long to give this play a try.“

“We absolutely Love Tycoon. The most beautiful restaurant in Flowermound. The food is AMAZING!!! Best Filet I have ever eaten in my life. Perfectly cooked every time. The best cocktails and drinks too. If you happen to try this place. Please ask for BLAYKE!!! She gives the most wonderful service in the world. All of her recommendations are always so spot on. And her attention to detail and diligence will make you feel like the most special person in the world. 10 out of 10. We HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!“

“The very best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. I had the veal lasagna which was one of the specials and potato leek soup and the soufflé for dessert. All perfection. I’m hoping they make the veal lasagna and potato leek soup permanent menu items. The service is incredible as well and the owner greeted us at the door and a wonderful pianist who takes requests. It couldn’t be better.“

“Having visited a number of restaurants in the area I find this Capital Grille to be the best restaurant in the area. Additionally, I recently experienced another Capital Grille and found THIS location to be far and away better. Quality of food and service to be exact. The service and attention to detail is noticeably better at the Southlake location. Jena is kind, attentive, and has an unreal ability to recall drink and meal preferences. Dwayne greets everyone as though he knew you and makes you feel like you’re home.“
