We visited 9 on a Sunday morning with a small group of friends. The restaurant was empty. Everything was clean and appeared well stocked. The restaurant was freezing. Two of us went out to get coats.We placed our orders before selecting our seats. The lady was polite enough. She had a hard time understanding us. Tried to order over the phone. I speak english and Spanish. Their employee obviously spoke mostly Spanish. I ordered in both languages. Several times. Took 10. minutes. For 3 tacos and 2 were the same. By the time I hung up we were there. They had the tacos on the wrong tortillas. I had specified flour/de harina at least 10 times. Frustration and suspecting she did it on purpose.
