Absolute worst customer service at Bicentennial Jersey Mike’s. In line for a hot sub at 6:55, waited til 7:02 to be served only to be told the grill is closed at 7p.I say I’ve been In line and you were looking at receipts from app or Uber eats etc. and they say we have to close the grill down.
I’ve spent lots of money here and used the app for this location and to walk in and have that experience is unacceptable. I will not be using this location again.
Went in at 8:40pm tonight (Monday, April 26, 2021). They close at 9pm. Was told they weren’t making any more sandwiches...guess we know where not to get our sandwiches from anymore.
