Best sourdough crust in the Country. Left over pizza keeps for days, not hours. Sauce meats and cheeses are fresh made. Gives best of East Coast pies a run for their money! Beer lovers won’t be disappointed. And the Snickerdoodles are devine.
We have been a frequent visitor here and we LOVE LOVE LOVE their mushroom pizza with Fermented shitake and taleggio cream, house-made mozzarella, garlic roasted oyster mushrooms, speck ham (home made prosciutto), fried rosemary. You have to eat it right when it comes out of the oven for the best flavor.
