“Love coming here. I feel comfortable and safe here. Since I’m single and come alone it is important to be comfortable where you go . Food is amazing. I’m on the Keto so I had the Cheese Burger Patty which was quality meat and really good. The staff was so friendly and the best Absolute Dirty Vodka Martini. I love this place.“

“I have now been to the IHOP on Singing Oaks in Spring Branch Texas 4 times. I was waiting for them to open this site for months, as I have always liked IHOP, but this one is setting a new standard for EXCELLENCE! Every time has been superb service and the food is DELICIOUS! All of the staff is friendly and helpful, and it is a joy to watch teamwork in action. Two servers stand out as EXTRAORDINARY -- Rosabella and Kelly. Efficient, friendly, and competent, and they each go above and beyond to assure that every customer is beyond just satisfied. What a JOY to interact with them!“
“Smoking Grilled Chuckwagon is solid BBQ. On my first visit the sausage was the best of the meats. On this second visit the fatty brisket was better than the offerings of all the other BBQ spots in the area. Melt in your mouth with a good kick of salt.
Portions here are very generous. If you're going down 306 and want take-out BBQ this is the place. At the time of this review, it appears to be open Tues/Wed and Fri/Sat.“
