You would think that if you order a cake 2 days in advance, get a confirmation email that your order was received AND see the money has come out of your account that you had actually ordered a cake. At this location you’d be wrong. And with an hour before the birthday girl got home all I got from this location was a shrug. No explanation. Nothing.
WTF ordered a birthday cake for my sons birthday, paid for it, have the confirmation number…..
Go to pick up the cake and these idiots say they know they are not getting the orders and are doing nothing about it! No cake bad luck. Thanks for ruining a kids birthday party you clowns! 🤡
What could have been a horrible experience was saved by Najee.
When I got to Baskin Robbins already flustered on my lunch break and they couldn’t find the cake I ordered I was upset.
Poor Najee probably came out and saw me one step away from being a Karen. Lol He immediately told me the cake had been located. And that they would bring it to me since I had to get back to work and it was not at the store just yet.
