Chipotle Mexican Grill in Spring

“The food is always good, but some of the employees be having unnecessary attitudes and be stingy with the rice. And 1/2 the time they don't stay with vinegarette dressing made. Food is the only reason I come but I would go more if the employees were more kind, courteous, and not acting like we are bothering them, or asking too much, especially for the rice.“

“I went in to speak with the manager after a disappointing meal from a delivery service. Not once did she make me feel like she was going to object. Simply remade my order, the interaction was extremely pleasant and I will support this location at every opportunity specifically because of the way she manages.“

“Excellent food and service. I haven’t been to this location in several months and all I can said that before the restaurant was dirty and the food was cold and it didn’t have flavor. But now it completely changed for the best. the restaurant is spotless and the costumer service and food quality is great.“

“Chipotle is fast, always delicious, consistent, this location in particular always has fresh proteins out, their rice is delicious. At chipotle you can eat lean and healthy by choosing white rice and chicken or even steak; or you can have a cheat day and get a big burrito! Either way I love the taste of their food, how fast they are to make your bowl, how fast the checkout process is, plenty of space to sit and eat and the location is surrounded the market square so plenty of things to do!“

“Ordered a steak burrito and it was delicious as always.. I did try their chips and Queso which I would rate a 1 star out of 10. The chips were stale and tasted like store bought chips that have been opened in the pantry for 3 weeks and the queso wasn't the greatest. Other then that it was great.“

“I love this location! It’s tucked off in city place and their consistency is unmatched compared to other locations. I get exactly what I order whether it’s in person or through the app. I really hope they continue to have great customer service and order consistency.“

“They often forget to pack items from my order. Things like chips or the salsa. It gets a little annoying and I've often already left and drove home so I'm not going back to complain about it. This crusty broken tortilla that was packed with my burrito bowl.“

“I've been going to this Chipolte since it opened and I never had a problem. I usually use the Chipotlane (Drive Thru) and it's always been quick and easy. The staff have always been friendly, and the chicken bowl that I order is filled up nicely, most of the time. I don't eat inside often, but when I do (right at lunch time), it's fairly clean.“
