Ambiance definitely upscale! Enjoyed chatting with Chayn outside the restaurant! Looks like they have a number of special events coming up to enjoy! “This is not a huge airline lounge and it seems as if it has been renovated not too long time ago. The seating was quite new and comfortable and even with a little feeling of privacy. The food they offered was quite ok, especially when you consider that I was in a lounge in North America. I had a salad and an egg dish filled with cheese. I visited this place on a weekday morning and there were not too many other passengers inside.“

“Had the BLT, came with candied bacon which really gave it a unique flavor. Also the service was remarkable, it was a busy night with a live band but we always had someone coming to our table asking if we needed anything and never needed to wait for a drink.“

“Had the parmesan truffle fries & chicken tortilla soup .. the prices were decent for airport restaurants the chicken tortilla soup was basically either ( the same taste as chili's restaurant purchasing from the same vendor ) or a copycat version taste exactly the same with exception of doctoring it up to make it their own aka the addition of parsley & avocados amongst other ingredients.. I love chili's chicken tortilla soup BTW so I don't mind in the least 😋 as far as the fries they were shoe string fries which I love also with the addition of parsley & parmesan the star of the show thou was the garlic truffle aoli sauce to dip the fries in... all in all a lovely peaceful lunch & sweet tea :)“

“This place is a hidden gem. There are very nice VIP areas available for a very reasonable price. The sofas are HUGE and very nice. The music is always good and they have great dance lights and lasers. The drinks and hookah are very good too.“

“The owner is so helpful. I emailed and asked a few things and even with him out of country he answered my email and had the GM from Dallas personally call me to help me out. Not only did Melissa call me and my wife she was genuinely happy to take time from her personal life off the clock to not only answer our questions but she gave us advice we didn't know to even ask for. I tried this with other places and was rudely shut down or just flat out ignored. At Colette Houston the customer service starts before you even walk in the door and that means a lot. Will definitely update after first time going but 5 stars for how my experience has already begun.“
