“Got the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was wonderful. The spice was just right, not burning, just flavorful. The fries were crisp and flavorful, not sure what batter they use, but it is just what you need!. ? The only problem was the service. I got my order to go, I dont usually check before I leave, but i did this time. The combo comes with 1 side and a biscuit. I was missing the biscuit..went back to the register and had to argue with the cashier that the combo comes with a biscuit... it is written on the menu aboveher head. She was going to get a manager till it clicked they were just behind her on a tray. Went to fill my drink while I waited for them to fix the order. The drink machine was still off. Just a lot of details were missed. They can do better, need a little better training“
“I’ve came here about 5x within the last 2 weeks. Mainly because of the wonderful service I receive. It’s either a young hispanic, an older Hispanic lady or black male at the window but all 3 have wonderful customer service. Always nice & friendly & my food is always fresh! It’s hard to find a Popeyes with this type of consideration/ etiquette“
“Popeyes does spicy chicken and chicken wings right. I will say I miss the old style homemade biscuits they have. If you haven’t tried their Cajun turkeys I highly recommend them. I’ve used Popeyes Cajun turkeys for at least ten thanksgivings now and it is always a hit.
The team here are friendly and helpful and restaurant is kept clean. Maybe it’s a corporate directive but you have to ask for napkins and ketchup.“
“I really only eat fruits and vegetables like 90 percent of the time. But once a month I will come to this Popeyes and get a spicy chicken sandwich. AND IT WAS BOMB. I was in San Diegk for the military 7 years. But I just moved back and it's better here. Definitely will be back for more ?“
“Love the ghost pepper chicken sandwich, i always get mine without pickles but add the cheese and bacon and sometimes it's a hit or miss wether or not they get it right or i get a sandwich that's just chicken with bread 🤣 i don't know how they get that wrong but it's those two ways everytime...“
“The chicken is delicious, although the wings they offer with lemon pepper are coated in a super-spicy barbecue-style sauce that takes away their magic. The rest is fine. It would be better if the staff taking orders were a little more friendly to customers. Better expression and helpfulness to the public. But I do recommend their food. Thank you.“
