“Let me tell you something I been to multiple fast food places when they are busy and most of the time they give me attitude or are in a bad mood because of all the stress they are going through during rush hours and I get bad customer service but for the first time in awhile I got one of the best customer service ever Jackson the one who took my order did and phenomenal job in taking my order while it being busy he took his time to make sure my order was correct and was patient with me no attitude no rush just great customer service really like how he does his job he should be rewarded or get a promotion I’m coming back and from now on this Popeyes will be my go to place because of the great service Jackson gave me“
“The best popeyes I've ever been to. Ordered in the parking lot on the app. Walked in side and was handed my drink and less than 3mins my food was brought out. Employees are friendly and nice. Strips are small but that's all location. I got in the box than I ordered so that's great.“
“I’ve came here about 5x within the last 2 weeks. Mainly because of the wonderful service I receive. It’s either a young hispanic, an older Hispanic lady or black male at the window but all 3 have wonderful customer service. Always nice & friendly & my food is always fresh! It’s hard to find a Popeyes with this type of consideration/ etiquette“
“Wow, the ladies here really blew my mind today. I was having trouble with the app and using my points; seems like a issue with Point-of-Sale software. These ladies got me feed, hassle free, and super friendly throughout the process! 🤯 🤩 Very accommodating and that’s very uncommon for fast food these days. “Food hot and fresh... lady in drive thru not so pleasant! Got upset because I asked for sauces, she told me Sauce doesn't come with chicken. I said I didn't ask you what came with the chicken I asked for 2 sauces she told me I had to pay for them...smh I spent 22$ and then had time pay for sauce...“

I ordered the 16pc family meal and was told it would take 12-15 min wait. I said okay. After waiting 25 minutes for my order, I received my order which includes 3 sides. I asked the manager if my order was correct and she responded yes. Once I arrived home and checked my order, I noticed I was missing one side order and called Popeyes to inform them. Since I live 15 minutes away, I didn't want to drive back there for one side order but wanted them to know about their error in filling my order. Therefore I called the store and each time I called, their phone rang continuously, followed by a dial tone with no one ever answering. Of importance, the whole time I was there waiting on my order, 4 people came in complaining that their order was wrong. Beware of this location when ordering your food.“
“The chicken is delicious, although the wings they offer with lemon pepper are coated in a super-spicy barbecue-style sauce that takes away their magic. The rest is fine. It would be better if the staff taking orders were a little more friendly to customers. Better expression and helpfulness to the public. But I do recommend their food. Thank you.“
