They made me wait at the drive thru for 15-20 minutes
The chicken had been sitting there for a while. It wasn't very fresh.
Drive thru order took way too long. I went inside to check on it and the only person who looking like they were working was the female manager. The other two employees had no huddle at all. It was horrible. Hire some new people.
