A donut is not just a donut. If you order some Shipley's donuts fresh from the oven then you are in for a sugary treat of hot dough and mmm smiles. If for some reason you cannot eat your donuts right away, no fret they will still taste as good as when you ordered them. It might just require a bit of a zap in the microwave with your donut covered by a wet napkin. Service is horrible!! The donuts and kolache were good but seemed smaller than other locations. We stop here on Friday on the way to school sometimes and very excited to not be greeted and no smiling faces. The employees don't appear to like their job at all and get annoyed very easily especially if you change your mind on your order. Was also bummed to find out they close early. I really hope they improve otherwise we won't be going back.

If you want people to call you fat in Spanish while you are simply trying to suprise your team with donuts...then you picked the right place to go!!! Otherwise don't waste your time. They are 2 old Mexican women who need to look in a mirror before they insult customers..especially those who just so happen to speak the language...will not be returning ever!!! I'll waste my gas to go somewhere else that appreciates my business.
