I spoke with the owner and the sauce recipe is a long-time family recipe. They don't use Sysco produce and bring in fresh to make everything they can from scratch. I drink unsweetened iced tea, and she brings me a new glass of tea before I have even finished the one I am drinking. Everyone is so friendly!
