DQ website says this location is participating in the Savannah Banana Split Shake service. Well, we tried to order one and the drive-thru said they didn’t have that. It’s ice cream, bananas, chocolate dip, and a strawberry. How do you not have that? Or, were you just too lazy to make it?
Get new staff. A couple of people on your night staff are downright rude and have no business being in the Customer Service field.
