The older senior lady that took care of us had a really bad attitude. We know it sucks to work in the fast food industry. I did for 15 years, but I always treated people kindly and served with a smile. Just because you may be a manager or have reached your tenure doesn't mean you can have a poor tone in your service voice or rush people when the only one in the driveway. Don’t eat here. I had like a hair from the mop in my fries. I wish I would’ve took a picture. I can say when i called the lady to my table to look at it. She took action and refund me.
However the 2 young people on the clock thought it was funny. A young male and female. Not only that for my drink i was told that i needed to fill the cup with ice in order to get my drink. This happened aug 5th around 10:15am i am absolutely disgusted.
