I would give this company the highest rating possible. The response while planning the event was fantastic- quick answers and they were willing to adjust as needed with no issue. Day of event the service was wonderful. I planned a corporate event that included families so we had lots of kids- but honestly I think the adults were even happier than the children while eating ice cream. I used Southern Ice Cream for a school event and they were amazing. Friendly customer service, arrived early and very helpful. I will definitely be hiring them again for our next event! Highly recommend!
