“I had an opportunity to go Kofochi Nigerian Restaurant all the way from ATL. Let me start by saying thar customer services and food were top notch. The decor was right on point and not to mention cleanliness of the place. I came with few of my friends, and we had Amala with abula, jollof rice and I had a fish. All the food was perfect. I will go back there when I make my way to Houston again.“

“My boyfriend and I ordered takeout from here a few days ago and it was some of the best food we’ve had. We typically eat from Nigerian restaurants , so this was our first time trying Ghanaian cooking. We ordered Egusi soup and meat pies , the service was quick and kind. We will definitely be back to try more of their menu items. Highly recommend“

“I called ahead of time to ask if they had suya and they confirmed they did, which made our drive worthwhile. Got there and met the owner.. who was very friendly, polite and welcoming.
Food was ready about 20 minutes after order was placed and it was fresh, well seasoned, and a tasteful delight for my mouth to behold. I had suya and plantains while hubby had beef ribs suya with rice
We had a great time and will definitely be back.“

“This is authentic Thai cuisine from the south of Thailand If you are seeking real ThaiThai-this is the place in Houston The dishes photographed on the electronic menu” look” delicious and like you just stepped into a restaurant off Silom road in Bangkok As great as the food looks the taste and preparation were even better and the atmosphere is truly Thai …right down to the Karaoke corner at the back We had moo dad deaw, pineapple fried rice, Thai version of fried pork rinds, boat noodle soup , Khao Pad Rod Fai A couple of Thai teas Service was friendly prompt and professional Food came out as it was cooked ( just like in Thailand) hot and steaming Portions were more than fair and prices were lower than we expected The chef Khun Nutt dropped by to chat and check on us. We will be back …. Often and Soon“

“The customer service was exceptional. I really enjoyed the fact that the person preparing the food went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before I left. She even gave me new food to try and a bottle of water before I left because it was my first time eating fufu and egusi. I will be back because at was treated kindly.“

“I tried the ready made rice and spicy stew and it was amazing! I also met the owner in the store and he was very hospitable. The store was busy and he went out of his way to speak with the customers. Great location also. It was easy to get in and out. Thank you for the service!“

“So i tried this place today. I am a sucker for a good customer service no matter who walk through your door(money is money). When I walked in the hostess was kinda cold so my first thought was another Nigeria place with attitude but I was determined to try it anyways, when the cook came out(I think she might be the owner) her attitude and presence was warm and friendly so needless to say I will be going back. As for the food.....Taste= 4/5 Portion= 5/5 cleanliness= 5/5 Customer service = 3/5“

“Delicious food! Had the very tasty Rainbow Bowl with chicken thighs and added fried halloumi… excellent!!!!! Service is good, but not great… A bit of an odd ordering/delivery system, no one ever asked how it was after they dropped my food at my table… 3 employees walked by before I could ask for a to-go box…“
“I was in Houston for a wedding with my husband a couple of weeks ago and was so excited to find a Nigerian restaurant close to our hotel—Nativeport did not disappoint! From our very first order, the experience was nothing short of amazing, and it stayed that way for the four days we kept going back.
The owner was professional, dedicated, and most importantly, can seriously cook! I fell in love with food all over again. Everything we tried was authentic and delicious. I even ordered extra food to take back home to California, and she kindly froze everything to make sure it would travel well on my flight.
P.S. My last meal before flying out? Fried rice, plantain, and peppered goat meat—perfection!“

“I stopped by this cozy African restaurant known for its succulent and finger-licking fish, soya, and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to spend quality time with my wife - Madame Chief, and friends.
We had a swell time and shall stop by on our next visit to Houston, TX.
You, too, are invited to discover the milieu and have a fun time that you shall forever remember.“

“5 stars because this is the best food I’ve ever had. I frequently get the egusi soup with catfish and poundo. I could eat it every day! The only thing I don’t like is the unnecessary teasing and small talk that some of the male cashiers try to have with me mostly because I’m introverted so i really appreciate when the younger female cashier is there. Her service is quick, friendly and efficient.“
