“So i had to come here after the other one turned me away during business hours. I get it young dude didn't want to clean the fryer again but dude it was 18 minutes before close.

This one though. Top notch. One guy working and i out my order in but didn't get a number. Told him and he saw the printer wasn't working. Asked me my order and took my name so he could call me up when ready. Also he fixed the printer and was answering all the people's questions while cooking.

Probably 15 people here at the time. He did a great job. Guess i will drive a little further to get these when i want one.“

“Ordered the seafood tofu soup. Wasn't expecting the shrimp to be whole and unpeeled. Soup was very very hot so I had to wait to peel my shrimp. Definitely burned my mouth.
Service was great; he brought me refills of the side dishes when I ran out.
Restaurant is very clean and inviting. Everything came out quickly.

“I tried Tasty Ko on a whim when it popped up on my search for good bibimbap. I was dining alone and received immediate service and the server was quick to attend to my needs. It is located off a main road in Katy in Cinco Ranch, Mason Road, so it is easy to get to. I live in Richmond and it is closer than all the other Korean restaurants we frequent. It is an outstanding restaurant! Clean, spacious, authentic Korean cuisine. Koreans cooking and serving, which, to me, is the way it should be to have the best Korean food dining experience. Tasty, authentic, Korean food, just as its name suggests! And while there I only saw Koreans dining there. That says something, too. I am African American and I LOVE all things Korean! Tasty Ko did not disappoint on any level. They have a very extensive menu, including Korean fried chicken, bbq, and a nice selection of Korean alcoholic beverages. I give it five stars all around! I will definitely go back with friends.“

“I love chicken! I was in the mood for something different and bb.q delivered spectacularly on taste, texture and quality. I like the heat level high, so I opted for a mix of secret sauce and hot spicy (beware the hot spicy is no joke).. I ordered for pick up so you know theres a chance sometimes something won't be as crispy by the time you get home.. Not with this chicken.. Its hard to explain but if you like an ooey gooey sweet spicy sauce and a crunch as if it were candy coated, this is the place try.“

“Great place for a quick lunch or for take home dinner. Menu has definitely expanded to include chicken wings and more traditional Korean dishes. All orders are made to order. Entrees are very good and they give a generous amount for the price point. The large entrees are plenty for a small family. Sometimes they have included small free samples of food to try. Clean dining area and they have always been quick with service and friendly. Either order in person, or use their comprehensive user friendly kiosk. They will be happy to give your their recommendations if needed.“

“My first visit here was absolutely fantastic! The two young staff members were incredibly warm and attentive. I really loved the rice—and if you want an extra serving, it’s only $1.50. The bone broth was excellent, too; it was rich and flavorful, and the meat was cooked until it was incredibly tender. The kimchi was the best I’ve ever had, and the shop itself was spotless and tidy. The jjampong had a rich, spicy broth, the jjamyung was savory and comforting, and the wings were crispy and perfectly coated in sauce. “Great environment! I came for my graduation celebration with friends, and I really liked how much room I had to calmly eat and just enjoy being out of high school. Food was good, ice cream was great, the staff was kind and patient!“

“Visited on New Year’s Eve. The Korean food is bold, authentic, and well seasoned, with a great variety of drinks. Soju is a must. Later at night there was a DJ, good music, and a fun vibe that made eating and drinking very enjoyable. The crowd was mostly younger people living abroad or locals who grew up here.

One small downside was the reservation system. I initially booked a regular table, but it was later canceled because they only accept reservations for karaoke rooms. To be fair, the table option was removed from the system afterward. Luckily, we walked in around 8 pm and had no problem getting a table, as the place really starts filling up closer to 9:30 or 10 pm.

Overall, still a lively and enjoyable spot, especially later at night.“

“Our favorite place for home style Korean food. Small family owned grocery and cafe.
For the most part we eat the same thing, the wife, fried kimchi with pork and I the spicy seafood tofu soup. The Banchan dishes 😋.
We have been a customer for over 20 years, and was a customer at their previous restaurant before that.“

“I live about 32 minutes away and I go here at least 2-3 times a month and order the 18 hot and 18 soy garlic wings. I literally cannot find any other Korean wing place better than this lol I’ve tried. Each other comes with daikon radish and it’s quickly done within 15 minutes of ordering!“
