We were there pretty late and ordered ahead using the mobile app. When we got there, food was hot and ready, and was delivered promptly. Everything in the order was there. The employee hading over the delivery confirmed the order to make sure everything was there. Thank you.
Food was hot and fresh but service could have been better (too slow). I ate inside so I know I was competing with the drive through but, still, it shouldn't have taken so long. Sometimes I don't want to eat in my car but it shouldn't make such a difference with service.

Tabletops were sticky. There was hardly any human contacts, no one available to answer questions, or get refills from until you speak louder and louder at the counter to get someone come from behind a wall. The kiosks is only place to put your order in but only 2 were working and no receipts came out so we don't know what order number was. Since we didn't know our order number or have receipts, the staff could not figure out our order or didn't believe that we ordered and paid....read full review
