I found this cafe, looking for a place to get lunch. Wow! I was greeted coming in the door, even though it was real busy. Karen greeted me at the table like we were old friends; even though we had never met. The special for the day was chicken and dressing with all the fixings. Best meal I've had in a long time. Went in wanting breakfast and thank goodness they were the only one who served breakfast after 11. The staff was very friendly. I wanted coffee and it was very strong with a rich bold flavor. Definitely my style. The menu is overwhelming especially for someone like me who shouldn't have a plethora of choices. I decided on the chiliquiles w/pork. My gf decided on the juevos rancheros with a side of French toast. The chiliquiles did not disappoint. Plenty of food as well....
We ordered the veggie omelette with biscuits and gravy and pecan French toast and it was so delicious! It is the best French toast I have ever eaten! Our server was so nice her name was Karen, she was very attentive and continued to offer my husband more coffee and checked on us frequently.
