I ordered an Ahi tuna steak and it came out tough and gristly. It was so chewy that I had to spit parts of it out. I was unable to finish it. I notified my server who brought my plate back to the kitchen, spoke with the manager and came back and said the most they could offer is a 10% discount off the single menu item. I have ordered this dish from the restaurant in the past and had a much different experience. I was very disappointed with my Customer Service experience..

Horrible service waited nearly an hour for our food. It came, I had ordered 4 piece chicken strips they brought three. Waitress said she would bring the 4th never did and sent another wait person out to try and handle the problem. Food was not hot. Other wait person ask why we didn’t tell our server. We told her she never came back. They took $4 off a $36 meal.
This has to be the WORST, feeble attempt to fix a problem.
