Really good bagels here—nice texture and flavor. The cookies are great too, soft and not overly sweet. Everything tastes fresh, and you can tell they put care into what they make. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.
Best bagels in Austin hands down. Chewy and perfect. Keep it simple and get a toasted bagel with schmear. My favorite combo is the jalapeño bagel with roasted garlic schmear.
Their sweets are also delicious! Chocolate rugelach and cinnamon rolls especially.

I approached this bagel spot with skepticism; after all, it wasn't your typical puffy bagel but rather a sourdough-based one. However, upon recommendation from my East Coast friends, who insisted this was one of the top three bagel spots I absolutely had to try after numerous disappointments, I decided to give it a shot.
