One family who visited had a mixed experience. They found the service to be slow and the food took a long time to arrive after they had already paid. They ordered malai kofta, bhindi masala, butter naan, fulka, and filter coffee, and while they found the sabzis to be okay but a bit oily, they were disappointed with the filter coffee, which they described as tasting like Nescafe with milk and sugar. However, they enjoyed the watermelon fresh fruit juice.

On the other hand, another group had a very positive experience at Nala's. They tried some starters, mutton and chicken biryanis, and kutthu parata, and found everything to be delicious. They also appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant. They would recommend Nala's to others.
