“I noticed the manager was the server, so i asked him, 'before i order, is all the food here fresh, or has it been out a while?' I mentioned to the him that the last time i came there a few days ago my breadsticks were kind of cold/hard and I asked him why they no longer put cooking expiration times on the box when you buy personal pizzas and breadsticks. I was actually very surprised at the response he gave me. 1st, he apologized, and then he said, to fix this problem, i'll make your order fresh right now. Then he informed me that whenever you come, anytime if you want your order done fresh right at that moment, you can ask to have your pizza, wings, breadsticks or whatever prepared at that time if you don't mind waiting. I told him, thanks, i didn't know that and then I told him, 'you're a pretty good manager'. 'Most of the people that work there seem to be in a rush or dont really care all that much if your food is done right or not'. To my SURPISE, he said, 'I'm not a manager, i just work here'. 'Hey, this is my job, & that is how i feed my family.' 'If you don't come anymore, then i'm out of a job, right?'“

“Not sure if I'm spelling her name right but i got the pleasure of meeting Cierra at the Sweetwater location, she was very polite and after I ordered there was nobody else in line to order, she quickly grabbed a broom and started sweeping, then she started emptying trash cans and even took all the bags outside while all of her work colleagues could just be heard laughing from the back doing no telling back there, but Cierra stayed working the entire time I was in the store, and she never stopped, I took the time to ask her name and let her know she was doing a fantastic job and for her to keep it up, and it will get her far!
