I have reached out to the local franchise over this and have been ignored. I am a door dash driver in Taylor TX. The manager Ronda Summers has been generally ugly to me every single time I have to pick up and order. She has confronted me about reporting the store closed when her employees told me they were not making any more orders for the night. Order was taken and there was very little conversation but I didn't need to hear much if they would have just said welcome to Burger King. We ordered three chicken JR's, 1 cheese burger, and an order of onion rings. The order took about 7 to 10 minutes to come out. I figured that was OK since it would more than likely be hot.
